Ilaje/Ese-Odo 2023: PDP in disarray as Federation of Ugbo Youths endorse APC candidate for House of Reps, vow to deliver all the 6 wards in Ilaje Constituency 1 for Donald Ojogo
Federation of Ugbo Youths in Ilaje Constituency 1, have maintained that the House of Representatives candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, remains the best candidate to drive all-round Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency’s development.
The group advised that with acceptance of conventional rotation arrangement and power shift, it will improve the state of tolerance and peaceful coexistence of the three state constituencies that make up the federal constituency.
The group further appealed to few Ilaje leaders who are still with the PDP candidate to close the rank of minority notion, and embrace rotational arrangement. “It is obvious to all and sundry that House of Representatives position is the turn of Ese-Odo Local Government.”
The meeting was held yesterday in Ilaje under the auspices of the Federation of Ugbo Youths.
Coastal Renaissance reports that the group’s position was in tandem with the decision of Ilaje stakeholders to support Donald Ojogo for House of Representatives on the account of fairness and justice.
The endorsement of Donald Ojogo by Federation of Ugbo Youths is an indication that all the Youths in Ilaje have made up their minds to work for Donald Ojogo’s emergence in the forthcoming House of Representatives election.
The Youths vowed to deliver all the 6 wards in Ilaje Constituency 1 for Donald Ojogo.
In his statement, the incoming MHR, Donald Ojogo, appreciated all Ilaje leaders for their total support and specially thanked the Youths for their cooperation. He promised sound representation at the Green Chamber.
