DAYO FADUYILE CONGRATULATES GOVERNOR AKEREDOLU & AIYEDATIWA, DESCRIBES TRIBUNAL JUDGEMENT AS A RESTORATION OF HOPE IN NIGERIA JUDICIARY
A Chieftain of the APC who was also an aspirant in the last Governorship Election in Ondo State and DDG South for Akeredolu Aiyedatiwa governorship campaign council in October 10th,2020 governorship election, Prof. Dayo Faduyile, has congratulated the Executive Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Odunayo Akeredolu and his deputy, Hon.Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa on their victory at the Election Petitions Tribunal held through zoom yesterday, Tuesday 20th April, 2021 in Akure the state capital.
You would recall that Eyitayo Jegede who was the Gubernatorial Candidate of Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP) in October 10th, 2020 gubernatorial election in Ondo State had filed a suit against Akeredolu challenging the eligibility of his candidacy.
Prof. Dayo Faduyile, former President of Nigeria Medical Association (NMA) while speaking with Coastal Renaissance through his Media Secretary, Comrade Niyi Majofodun, described the Court Judgment as a restoration of hope in Nigeria judiciary.
Comrade Majofodun, who was the State Media Secretary to Professor Dayo Faduyile (PDF), 2020 governorship Campaign Organization and the spokesman for the Ondo State ex-militants while quoting his boss said,
“today I am happy that our own performing Governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, has been vindicated at the election petition tribunal, I see today’s judgment as a restoration of hope in Nigeria judiciary, I want to also use this opportunity to plead with the Governor to please in his “talk and do spirit” facilitate the inclusion of all groups who had worked for the success of the APC in Ondo State.
Prof. Faduyile also congratulated the party Chairman, Engr. Ade Adetimehin and all the committed members of the APC in Ondo State and Nigeria at large. Moreover, he charged people to keep faith with Mr. Governor and his Deputy for equitable service delivery. He further appealed to the people to always pray for the Governor and his Deputy to actualize their good dreams for Ondo State people and APC members. Faduyile opined.
