APC Chieftain, Engr. Michael Adeyanju, Congratulates Gov. Aiyedatiwa on Prestigious NBA ‘Ambassador of Rule of Law’ Award
In a warm display of statesmanship and party solidarity, All Progressives Congress (APC) chieftain, Engr. Michael Adeyanju, has extended heartfelt congratulations to Ondo State Governor, His Excellency, Dr. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, on his recent recognition as the “Ambassador of Rule of Law” by the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA, Akure branch, held on Thursday, 13th November, 2025 at the International Culture and Event Centre (The Dome), Akure, the capital city of Ondo State.
Engr. Adeyanju, in a statement issued on Friday, described the honour bestowed on Governor Aiyedatiwa as “well-deserved and deeply reflective of his exemplary leadership ethos, unwavering respect for democratic processes, and commitment to justice-driven governance.”
He noted that the NBA’s choice of the governor for such a distinguished award underscores the administration’s demonstrable efforts in strengthening institutions, promoting judicial independence, and ensuring that the rule of law remains the bedrock of governance in Ondo State.
“Governor Aiyedatiwa has continued to demonstrate rare maturity, fairness, and adherence to constitutional provisions, even in moments of intense political pressure,” Adeyanju said.
“This recognition by the Nigerian Bar Association is not only a personal honour to him but also a testament to the progressive values our great party upholds.”
The APC stalwart further commended the governor for fostering an atmosphere of peace and stability in the state, noting that such leadership attributes have significantly contributed to Ondo’s growing reputation as a model of lawful and responsible governance.
Engr. Adeyanju encouraged the governor to view the award as a call to deepen ongoing reforms and continue championing policies that protect institutional integrity and the rights of citizens.
