A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ondo state and an Imperial Prince of Mahin kingdom, Engr. Olumuyiwa Omowole, has congratulated Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the leader of our great party in Ondo State, for winning the gubernatorial primary election.
Aiyedatiwa, the former Deputy Governor and the current Governor of Ondo State, emerged as the ruling party’s gubernatorial candidate for the November 2024 governorship election.
Governor Aiyedatiwa polled a total vote of 48,569 to defeat Rt. Hon. Mayowa Akinfolarin who got second position with a total vote of 15,343.
Prince Omowole in a release made available to Coastal Renaissance News, said, “just before Aiyedatiwa’s 100 days in office as Governor, he has displayed enormous capacity to paddle affairs of Ondo State, adding that “he has a proven track record”.
“Let me be among the first to congratulate my leader and brother, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa, the flag-bearer of our party, this is a deserving victory, and I wish him and our party success in the November 2024 election,” Omowole said.
“I also want to commend the Chairman of the election committee, His Excellency, Usman Ododo, Governor of Kogi State and his team for remaining consistent in action and character throughout the electioneering processes.”
