Chairman PAMO foundation, Akin Adefiranye empowers over 50 widows, widowers in Okeigbo

At the 2nd year remembrance of his late wife, Mr. Akin Adefiranye, an Okeigbo-born Oil and Gas mogul, Chairman PAMO Empowerment Foundation, MD Anchor Maric Nigeria Limited & Chairman Watts Oil and Gas, has empowered over 50 widows and widowers from Okeigbo community. He also donated laptops, photography tools to some youths in the community.
Adefiranye on Monday, 29th April, 2024, empowered selected widows and widowers in Okeigbo, his country home with small-scale business.
Among empowerment materials distributed include grinding machines, photography tools, laptops, cash, among others.
The Chairman PAMO empowerment foundation, Adefiranye, said that the Waripamore foundation is committed towards reducing the poverty levels in Okeigbo and Ondo State drastically.
It would be recalled that Akin Adefiranye, donated a well equipped ICT centre and solar borehole to Oloroke Grammar School in Okeigbo, Ileoluji/Okeigbo Local Government area of Ondo State which was named after the late Mrs. Waripamoere Adefiranye, commissioned on Saturday, 27th May, 2023 by the then Governor of Ondo State, late Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN CON ably represented by the then and present Ondo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Mr. Amidu Takuro
One of the beneficiaries, Tunde Akinola, in a letter made available to Coastal Renaissance News, appreciated the Chairman of PAMO foundation, Mr. Akin Adefiranye and other members of the foundation.
According to him, “I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the invaluable support you have extended to us by providing laptops worth over 500k each, and other essential working materials like grinding machines, photography tools, cash support for the widows, widowers and youths of Okeigbo town.
