A federal high court in Abuja has granted an interlocutory order restraining INEC from deregistering 33 political parties that sued the commission on the matter pending the conclusion of election in Edo and Ondo States and all outstanding Local Govt elections in Nigeria. Included in the 33 political parties is MEGA PARTY OF NIGERIA.
While we congratulate our members on this important landmark judgment, we urge every one to redouble their efforts in other to achieve the important goal of INEC requirement of electoral victory in a state or Local Govt. Elections.
