DIRAN IYANTAN RECEIVES PROFESSIONAL AWARD AS SUPER FELLOW OF INSTITUTE OF HUMAN & NATURAL RESOURCES
The federal Commissioner of National Population Commission (NPC), Ondo State chapter, has been recognised for his giant strides in human resources and creative sectors with the presentation of the “Super Fellow of Institute of Human and Natural Resources”.
The award was given to the Commissioner by the body of Institute of Human and Natural Resources at Royal Bird, Alagbaka in Akure today, 11th June, 2021.
While commending the organiser of the award for the honour, Prince Diran Iyantan, assured that he will continue to promote the activities of Institute and project the rich Human and Natural Resources in the country and beyond.
Prince Iyantan also applauded the Institute for recognising him for the professional humanitarian award.
The South Zonal Coordinator of the Institute, Dr. Munonye Osondu Mills, later presented the award to the Commissioner, who was joined by the Chairman of Emerging Political Platform in Ondo State, Prince Poroye Biyi Bill, Hon. Taiwo Gbamila – Publisher Coastal Renaissance, Alhaji Yusuf Mudasiru, Mr. Olanipkun Ayebogbon, Insurance guru, Mr. Philip Ekudayo, Mr. Niyi faleye, Comrade Akinfemi Omojuwa – Ondo State Chairman NDYM, Comrade Niyi Majofodun- spokesman Ondo State Ex-militants, Comrade Olu Nana – Chief Wip Ondo State NDYM, to receive the “Super Fellow of Institute of Human and Natural Resources (SFIHNR)”.
The Institute was initiated to recognise excellence and those who have made immense contributions to human and natural resources development and whose social media signature is intact without any blemish. Therefore, it is on this note Prince Diran Iyantan was recognized for the award.
Prince Diran Iyantan, who hails from Ode-Aye community in Okitipupa Local Government area of Ondo State, has made a good mark that can never attract eraser in the account and history of Ondo State and Nigeria at large.
The strong commitment of the National Population Commission (NPC), under his watch is intensifying efforts to deliver an accurate, credible and verifiable census in Ondo State and Nigeria at large.
He is a former Ondo State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, who is the younger brother to the late Afolabi Iyantan, the former Deputy Governor to the late Governor Adebayo Adefarati, is a man of impregnable integrity and ingenuity who has an uncontrollable passion for the development of Ondo State and empowering the youths coupled with the women and masses.
He believes that what matters in life is not what you bought but what built, he does not believe in how many properties you have acquired but how many people you have developed. He believes so much in human capital development. Above all, he is a God-fearing man who gives his full-time walk with God.
Finally, Prince Diran Iyantan is a man who does not desire grade but grace. He doesn’t believe in title but mantle. He believes that it is better to be faithful than to be famous.
