Educational empowerment: Ondo Tantita Coordinator, Idowu Asonja gives scholarship awards to all students in Idigbengben and Temidire/Oke Akobi primary schools in Ilaje

It was a moment of celebration and humanitarian fulfillment as the Ondo State chapter of the Tantita Scholarship Initiative awarded scholarships and donations to public primary schools in Idigbengben and Temidire/Oke Akobi. The initiative donated ₦1.5 million to Idigbengben Primary School and ₦2 million to Community Primary School Temidire/Oke Akobi, while also offering scholarships to all students to support their educational pursuits.
During the donation ceremony, the Ondo State Tantita Coordinator, Mr. Idowu Asonja, emphasized that education is the greatest legacy one can provide to the younger generation, enabling them to become self-reliant in the future.
Mr. Asonja highlighted the commitment of the Tantita group to the welfare of the region’s people and pledged continued efforts to address their needs. He urged the teachers and school coordinators to utilize the funds effectively for the betterment of the schools and to remain dedicated to their selfless service in shaping the leaders of tomorrow.
Speaking directly to the students, Mr. Asonja encouraged them to take their education seriously, respect their teachers and parents, and avoid any acts of indiscipline to achieve success. He urged them to look up to accomplished individuals from Ondo State, such as Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa, as role models.
The event was filled with joy as students, teachers, and parents celebrated the gesture with dancing and prayers, expressing their gratitude for the support and wishing the Tantita group continued progress and success.
