Governor Akeredolu commissions 106 units out of 620 Alpha 3D housing estate in Irese, says Alpha D3 has been restructured for maximum performance

The Governor of Ondo State, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu, SAN, has commissioned 106 housing units constructed by Alpha D3 Company in Irese, Ifedore, Ondo State.
The Governor commissioned 106 housing units yesterday 15th March, 2022 out of 620 units purposely approved for Phase 1 of the project.
Alpha 3D Limited is a company jointly owned by the State Government and CITEC in partnership with Jaiz Bank.
While speaking, the Governor said the project is part of the fulfillment of his campaign promises to make affordable houses available for the civil servants and people of Ondo State who cannot afford to build house at a go.
He further reiterated that the housing units would not be restricted to Ondo Central alone but rather be extended to Ondo North and South.
“We will replicate Irese Alpha 3D housing estate in Ondo North & South, meanwhile, I am yet to be sured if that of the North will located in Owo or not but that of Ondo South will be located in Ilaje, no doubt”.
The Governor also assured his administration’s commitment in partnering with private sector(s) to ameliorate housing estate deficit in Ondo State.
He further promised to dualized Irese road and make it more accessible than Oda road because of the Alpha D3 housing estate located in the area.
In the speech, the MD of Alpha 3D Company, Barr. Dare Bello appreciated the efforts of Governor Akeredolu in restructuring Alpha D3 Company for effective and efficient performance. He also thanked other board members for their total support and cooperation to move the company forward.

Lucky Aiyedatiwa, Ondo State Deputy Governor, Olu Irese of Irese land, Mr. Olugbenga Ale, Chief of Staff to the Governor, Mr. Dare Aragbaye, former Head of Service, Ondo State, Cabinet Commissioners, Special Advisers, Special Assistants, Hon. Diran Iyantan, Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission (NPC), MD Jaiz Bank, Regional Manager Jaiz Bank among others.
Some of the Alpha D3 Directors who were in attendance are Prince Poroye Biyi, Executive Director – Business Development and Mr. Akin Fayinmino, Executive Director – Finance. Others are Mr. Oduayo Bello, Mr. Jinadu etc
The Chairman Alpha D3 Company, Hon. Olemija Stephen who gave vote of thanks, appreciated the Governor, the Deputy Governor and other Executive members for their total support. He also thanked Jaiz bank for their conviction in partnering with Alpha D3 Company.
