Govs. Makinde, Aiyedatiwa, others honour Bishop Francis Wale Oke at mum’s funeral service in Ibadan

Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State and Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa of Ondo State, have honoured Francis Wale Oke (the Presiding Bishop of Sword of the Spirit Ministries aka Christ Life Church) at mother’s funeral service in Ibadan, Oyo State.
Others who were in attendance include Bishop David Olaniyi Oyedepo, the founder of the Living Faith Church Worldwide also known as Winners’ Chapel International, former Governor Akwa Ibom State, Udom Gabriel Emmanuel, former military Governor of old Oyo State, General Oladapo Popoola Rtd., the Deputy Governor of Kwara State, Secretary to Oyo State Government, Chief of Staff to the Governor of Oyo State and some exco members of Oyo State
The funeral service which took place today, 14th June, 2024 at James Oke Memorial Anglican Church, Kasumu, Egbeda, Ibadan, Oyo State, also had in attendance other reputable Nigerians with high-profile.
Madam Elizabeth Areola Oke was born in 1927, called to glory on 2nd April, 2024 at the age of 97 years and buried on 14th June, 2024.
In his address, the Governor of Oyo State, His Excellency, Hon. Seyi Makinde, specially recognised the presence of Governor of Ondo State, His Excellency, Hon. Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa who was represented by the Commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Cooperative Service in Ondo State, Pastor Olusegun Aiyerin. He acknowledged the outstanding legacies left behind by the deceased and called on her children to continue to uphold the good deeds of their late mother.
While chatting with Governor Seyi Makinde earlier before his address, Pastor Olusegun Aiyerin, had cheerfully delivered the warmest greeting of Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa to his Oyo State counterpart.
