NIGER DELTA YOUTH MOVEMENT (NDYM) – ONDO STATE CHAPTER DISSOLVES EXCO, APPOINTS COMRADE AKINFEMI OMOJUWA CHAIRMAN OF THE 20-MEMBER CARETAKER COMMITTEE
The Niger Delta Youth Movement (NDYM) Ondo State chapter, has dissolved its Executives. The Executives were dissolved following the outcome of the leaders’ and stakeholders’ meeting held on 24th January, 2012 at the Moth Hotel, Okitipupa local government, Ondo State.
The decision was unanimously agreed upon following the expiration of their tenure in office.
The Caretaker Committee was put in place to handle the affairs of the body for six months and also verify the real members and document same for official purposes. They are also expected to take part in the progressive movement of the body by attracting developmental projects to the region as much as possible.

11. Comrade Mese Ogunsemore – Field Coordinator I
12. Comrade Okunomo Omosola – Assistant Gen. Secretary
13. Comrade Femi Onaiga – Assistant Fin. Secretary
14. Comrade Oluwole Nana – Assistant Welfare Director

An ex-leader of the Movement who is also the current Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs to the Chairman House Committee on NDDC, Hon. Akin Sowore, urged leaders and members of the association in Ondo State and other 8 states to work with common ideology of the movement to achieve relative peace and tranquility mandate of the region.
