…as Akinjo’s arrival causes heavy traffic, tumultuous crowd in the hall
Omogbemi’s burial reception, held at Williams Event Centre, Igbokoda, the headquarters of Ilaje Local Government yesterday, 27th September, 2022 had in attendance captains of industry, academicians, public workers, politicians and other eminent personalities from all walks of life. Some of the personalities who were in Igbokoda to honour the befitting burial are Sir Benson Obayelu, Member Governing Council, Olusegun Agagu University of Science and Technology, Okitipupa (OAUSTECH); Chief Olusola Oke, APC Chieftain and Ilaje-first SAN; Hon. Kolade Akinjo, Member House of Representatives representing Ilaje/Ese-Odo Federal Constituency;
Mr. Funso Esan, former Commissioner for Environment, Ondo State; Dr. Banji Ajaka, Commissioner for Health, Ondo State; Prince Segun Omojuwa, Permanent Secretary Loans Board, Ondo State and Hon. Oluyide Mekuleyi, Member Governing Council, Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko (AAUA).

Mr. Malon Omogbemi was a tool for nation-building, for a life well-spent, people gathered to celebrate a pious and righteous man who symbolised a tool for nation-building.
Ilaje nation may not easily forget the influence and massive impact of the deceased on the citizenry. It was learnt by Coastal Renaissance news that whatever attributes God endowed Malon Omogbemi with, he inherited them from his parents.
