Ondo 2024: Niger Delta Ex-militant Vanguard declares support for Governor Aiyedatiwa
…calls for quick integration into amnesty programme
Members of Niger Delta Ex-militant vanguard, one of the major camps that took part in disarmament exercise in Ondo state in 2017 have expressed their readiness to work for Governor Lucky Orimisan Ayedatiwa in the coming primary election of all progressives Congress and the gubernatorial election perse you ensure he returns as the number one citizen of Ondo state.
The Niger Delta Ex-militant group led by the leader, General Mafolabomi Seun declared their unflinching confidence in the capability of Governor Ayedatiwa at making the difference in instituting enduring socioeconomic progress for the people of Ondo state.
The group admonished Governor Ayedatiwa to use his good office to unite Ilaje sons and daughters both home and in diaspora for the goodness of the oil rich region.
They also want Governor Ayedatiwa to look into the failed promises made to them during the disarmament programme which governor Ayedatiwa was a member of the committee that supervised the process back then.
According to the ex militant group, nothing has been done in form of empowerment to all the repentant militants that took part in the exercise as promised during the exercise.
The Ex-militant vanguard also acknowledged other formidable groups in Ilaje including General Otelo Mafimisebi (OGBULUGBULU1) with a caveat that they are all pleased with the type of leadership Governor Ayedatiwa has brought to the state in a short while of his assumption of office and readily on standby to ensure his election this year.
