Watch out for December 18 & 19: Coronation ceremony-cum-40th wedding anniversary, Ondo State people set to go completely gaga for Oba Ajibola Oluyede
The recently approved Oba-Elect of Ayede-Ogbese in Akure North Local Government area of Ondo State, Prince Ajibola Oluyede has concluded plan for the befitting organization of his coronation and 40th wedding anniversary to attain this royal position.
The community and Ondo State people have fully prepared to celebrate the Oba-Elect in a big form. The Kabiyesi thanked the people of Ayede-Ogbese for chosing me and also thanked the Governor and the Ondo State government for their approval.
The legal icon also pledged his total commitment to the development of this community “ saying that currently the Governor has shown a lot of vision and developments in many of these areas of development. “ My business is to really assist the government out of the natural and numerous resources that are so prevalent in our community in particular”.
On the 18th of December, Prince Ajibola Oluyede a top Lagos Lawyer will be crowned The Alayede of Ayede Ogbese,Ondo State.
The ceremony which many Lagos Lawyers are looking forward to attending will hold at The Royal Ranch Ayede Ogbese, Ondo State.
Preparations are in top gear to accommodate people coming from different parts of the world to witness the event.
Among the dignitaries expected at the event are: the Olu of Warri who will give a keynote address; Ooni Orisa Oba Enitan Ogunwusi, the Ooni of Ife – a client and long-term friend of Oba Oluyede; HIM Oba Fredrick Obateru Akinruntan, the Olugbo of Ugbo; HIM Oba Williams Oluwasegun Akinyomi, the Amapetu of Mahin and all royal fathers to the Olori Oluwafunmilayo Nejo-Oluyede who is a princess of the Akenneyin and Agangangigan dynasties of Mahin in Ilaje LG.
All the His Imperial Majesties will lead a delegation of Obas amongst whom will be Oba Afolabi Odidoomo, the Olu of Igbokoda; Oba P.O. Kalejaiye, the Odede of Igboegunrin; Prof. Aderibigbe Olomola, the Oloja of Itebukunmi.
Others are: Delegations from Ilaje National Association of USA (INAUSA), the Nigerian Bar Association, International Federation of Women Lawyers, African Women Lawyers Association, International Bar Association, American Bar Association etc
According to Anthony Atata a former Chair of International Bar Association,African region, the installation and Coronation of Prince Oluyede will be an epoch making event that will bring enormous value to the traditional stool.
He said “It will be a marriage of Law and traditions”
