2023 CENSUS: External observer, Niyi Majofodun lauds Ondo NPC Federal Commissioner, Diran Iyantan, State Director, Oluyemi Falusi for proper organisation of training centers

An independent and external observer, Comrade Niyi Majofodun, PRO of Great Patriots’ For Better Initiative (GPBI), has commended the efforts of the Federal Commissioner, National Population Commission representing Ondo State, Hon.(Prince) Diran Iyantan and State Director, Mr. Oluyemi Falusi for proper organisation of training centers.
You will recall that National Population Commission has recently commenced the training of both staff and Ad-hoc staff in different segments ahead of the 2023 population and housing census.
Ahead of the 2023 population and housing census, the National Population Commission (NPC) is holding nationwide training for the state facilitators and other officers cross the country.
While speaking with Coastal Renaissance correspondence yesterday in Akure, Comrade Niyi Majofodun who observed the training independently at a close range, commended the NPC Federal Commissioner representing Ondo State, Hon. Diran Iyantan and the State Director, Mr. Oluyemi Falusi for proper organisation of training centers administration and management.
Comrade Niyi Majofodun made this commendation while speaking with Coastal Renaissance news correspondence, expressed conviction about the capability and capacity of both the Federal Commissioner and State Director, Hon. Diran Iyantan and Mr. Oluyemi Falusi respectively.
In his words said, “the overall organization of the training centres administration and management are superb and applauded. As much as the trainees are well coordinated with rapid attention in all the classrooms so also the trainers are fully on ground impacting knowledge on the trainees who will later train the census functionaries at the local levels”.
“I was not only moved by the seriousness of the trainers and trainees but also by the discipline imbibe across the centres”.
Coastal Renaissance news correspondence learnt that these proper arrangements and organizations are achieved through relevant strategic committees constituted by the Federal Commissioner, Hon. Diran Iyantan and State Director, Mr. Oluyemi Falusi, saddled with the responsibility of monitoring, supervising and impacting adequate knowledge on the trainees towards achieving utmost success of the 2023 population and housing census.
While moving around the centers yesterday, Monday 30th January, 2923, the NPC State Director, Ondo State chapter, Mr. Oluyemi Falusi said, “proper arrangements and organizations have been put in place to achieve maximum results. Therefore, we are determined and forceful in our actions in getting high quality data for the 2023 population and housing census”.
The State Director also announced that the NPC Federal Commissioner representing Ondo State, Hon. Diran Iyantan would personally be on ground, moving round all the centres today, Tuesday 31st January, 2023 as he will be inspecting all the classes one after the others to ensure proper execution and implementation of all the measures put in place.
