CONGRATULATORY MESSAGE TO THE CREEK BOY ON THE DECK
I am delighted to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Comrade Dennis Brutu Otuaro(PhD) on his appointment as the new Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
The noble role upon you does not come to me as a surprise. Put simply, you are an apt hand on the deck. This new responsibility, therefore, demonstrates the trust and profound confidence Mr. President has in your ability to drive positive changes, especially in ensuring the sustainability and success of the Presidential Amnesty Programme.
It is in this regard that I thank Mr President for identifying A REAL CREEK BOY to pilot the affairs of the PAP. By this clear demonstration of being in touch with the Creeks of the Niger Delta, he has engendered trust and triggered a greater confidence in our people.
