Political gladiators from oil producing areas of Ondo State have hailed the Chairman of Ondo State Oil Producing Areas Development Commission (OSOPADEC), Otunba Sam Erejuwa for his pragmatic & accessible leadership as he operates an open-door policy both at home and in the office.
Following the positive result of the recent OSOPADEC stakeholders’ meeting held in Igbokoda which was supposedly to interact with the leaders and people of the oil producing areas so that they can make their general demands and request known to the Commission in order to bring dividends of democracy to their door step.
Coastal Renaissance news learnt that the Chairman of OSOPADEC, Otunba Sam Erejuwa, has further decided to operate an ‘open door policy’, which will allow people from oil producing areas to gain free access to him at will, especially, Tuesday and Thursday of every week which is purposely reserved for visiting days. These two days will gives opportunity to whoever wishes to see him whether for official and private discussion.
The source said, “the purpose of the open door policy is to encourage open communication, feedback, and discussion about any matter of importance to the Commission’s development, stressing that Governor Akeredolu is not only determined to change the narrative of the mandate areas but also transform the land for better developments”.
