SEND-OFF PARTY: MINISTRY OF WATER RESOURCES CELEBRATES YETUNDE ADEYANJU, SAYS SHE’S THE MOST GENEROUS, HARDWORKING & BENEVOLENT COMMISSIONER THE MINISTRY HAS EVER PRODUCED
In recognition of a job well done, the Ministry of Water Resources, had organized a befitting reception ceremony to celebrate the immediate past Commissioner of the Ministry, Hon. (Mrs.) Yetunde Adeyanju, for her large heart in taking the ministry to its crescendo.
This historic reception was organized by the Ministry of Water Resources to mark the outstanding performance and total commitment of the Commissioner to transform and develop the ministry throughout the first tenure of Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu as the Governor of Ondo State.
The reception was held yesterday Tuesday, 16th March, 2021 at Senior Staff Club, Alagbaka, Akure, Ondo State.
The reception which was purposely to fulfill two purposes. Firstly, to send forth the Commissioner (Yetunde Adeyanju) and wish her well in all her endeavours and secondly, to usher in the new Head of Service of Ondo State and also welcome him on board.
Celebrating Yetunde Adeyanju, the initiator and distributor of ‘E Mu Omi Aketi’ was a reward of a visionary leader. At the risk of sounding immodest, there is no single Commissioner in the ministry who had been celebrated in a such manner. Though with several verifiable reasons why Adeyanju should fail, but she chose the path of success–because that was what she promised the Governor and the good people of Ondo State.
